The largest church in Finland is definitely the Evangelical Lutheran Church and for that reason  the churches in question here are called minority churches.  

These all have a common ground in the Reformation and  all were born of the churches born in connection with the Reformation, which did not accept the power of the Pavin: the Evangelical Lutheran, Reformed, and Anglican Churches.

Admission to the church is the first personal experience of coming to faith, followed by baptism. No infant baptism. (baptism of believers)

The church consists only of believers = the church of believers.

Worship services are free-form : music, singing together, praying, speeches, testimonies, where the speaker can, for example, tell how he came to faith.

Churches have their own aid organizations for the needy. Funds can be raised through various fundraisers, and flea markets.

Churches want to be independent of the state and cannot charge church taxes. The people of the parish pay for their own activities.

There are lay people in charge of the churches.
